We’re really happy to able to finally be able to share the coffees we enjoy so much as well as the delicious food we’ve thought of. We recently changed our menu after much feedback from the people that we trust as well as most of the people who’ve walked through our doors. When we first started, we were adamant not to serve what consumers would regard as “typical cafe fare”. We decided to look at seasonality from a local context; the menu then consisted of seasonal asparagus and heirloom tomatoes, which we now suppose weren’t everyone’s cup of tea. It was a ton of pride to swallow and move on from what we thought was a pretty delicious menu, but it was the best decision we ever made! We couldn’t be happier with our new menu, guests have been commenting how delicious our food were and the chefs are dishing out the goodies with a smile on their faces.
We hope more people get to try this menu before we move on to the next!
