We’ve been open for 4 months now, and we’re so thankful for all the support we’ve received! This month, we’re super pumped to begin serving dinners fo’ real. We’ve been tweaking our Dinner Menu for weeks, and we finally came up with dishes we’re chuffed to serve. Our Dinner Menu is ingredient-focused; the dishes are prepared in a thoughtful, playful manner. We wanted to create an experience that would be quite different from our day-time service. Everything in our dinner set-up – from the dishes to the style of service and the ambience – reflects this desire for a fresh experience. We’re really looking forward to seeing all of you here with us in the evenings!
This month, we’re also happy to introduce some fantastic coffees, as we approach the end of the season for African and Central American coffees. First up, we’ve got the award-winning Nacimiento, produced by Jobneel Carceres Dios and roasted by Tim Wendelboe in Norway. This coffee won the 2016 Nordic Roasters Competition and it’s tasting every bit as delicious as we expected. We’ve also got a sweet line-up of Nano Challa espresso, and Ethiopian and Colombian filter coffees from Koppi arriving this month. We can’t wait to share these with you.
